As a young girl Consuelo
Gamboa lived in Mexico, where her talents soon became
evident. After completing her formal education, Consuelo
Gamboa moved to Canterbury, England, where she studied
watercolor and portrait techniques. Two years later
she moved to Paris where she studied Art History. In
1978 she moved to to Southern California. Consuelo Gamboa's
formal training and natural skills communicate her ability
to understand the true feeling of any subject she paints.
